Attorneys secure Acquittal For Company Manager Charged With Aiding And Abetting Vehicular Manslaughter

Attorneys Richard Hirsch and Vicki Podberesky secure a not guilty verdict for a former manager of LandCare. The former manager was charged of aiding and abetting a vehicular manslaughter when a company truck picking up trash at Crescent Bay Park accidentally hit and killed a pedestrian on a walkway at Santa Monica Beach.
